On the date arranged, our assessor will give you floor a good check over and make a note of any preliminary repairs that will need to be carried out. There may be loose or damaged boards, for example, and you’ll also want to discuss the end result you have in mind.

The quote we send to you a few days’ later after the inspection has been completed will be the final version. You needn’t worry about any ‘hidden extras’ making an unexpected appearance later on. This is exactly what you will pay. Also, should you change your mind about having the work carried out that’s fine by us. There is absolutely no obligation to go through with it.

If you’re happy to go ahead then we’ll book a time for our team to come in that suits you.
